How Do I Ask an Employer a Question?

Ask Employer (Tanya Majikan) lets you send a question straight to the employer before you apply. Your question and the employer's answer appear in the FAQ section of that job ad.

Steps

  1. Open a job ad from Job Vacancy.
  2. Click Ask Employer at the top of the ad.
  3. Send your question.
  4. Check back on the ad, or watch for a reply in Messages.

Good things to ask

  • Shift times and rest days
  • Allowances, OT and benefits
  • Interview location and format
  • Anything the ad does not mention
