How Do I Reply to Messages From Employers?
Employers can message you on Maukerja after you apply or after they find your profile.
Where to find your messages
- Click the chat icon in the top bar, or open Messages.
- Use the All or Unreplied filter to see what still needs a reply.
- Pick a conversation from the list to read and reply.
Tips
- Reply quickly. Employers often move on to the next candidate.
- Install the Maukerja app so messages reach your phone.
- Keep your contact details up to date, since some employers call or email instead.
An employer should never ask you for money, your OTP, your full bank details or card numbers in a chat. If that happens, stop replying and report the job.
