What Are Invitations to Apply and Open to Explore?

Open My Jobs and go to the Invitation tab. It has two sections.

Invitation to Apply

An employer found your profile and thinks you may be a good fit, so they are inviting you to apply. You still need to apply yourself.

Open to Explore

An employer is asking whether you would be open to exploring a role that matches your qualifications and experience.

You can filter both by Pending, Rejected and Accepted. Invitations can expire, so check this tab regularly.

Invitations depend on employers being able to see your profile. Keep Show My Profile to Employers on in Settings, and keep your profile complete.
