How Do I Control What Employers Can See?
Two separate switches control how visible you are to employers.
1. Show My Profile to Employers
Found at Settings › Account & Privacy.
- On — employers can view your profile as part of their selection process. Maukerja states this increases your chance of being hired, and it is how employers send you invitations.
- Off — you can still search and apply, but employers will not find you this way.
2. I am Ready For Work
Found on your profile and in the account menu. When it is on, hiring employers prioritise your profile over other candidates.
Turn both on while you are actively job hunting. Turn them off once you have accepted an offer.
