Why Won't My Resume Upload?

The problem. The upload fails or the file is rejected.

Try this

  1. Check the format. Maukerja accepts PDF, DOC and DOCX.
  2. Check the size. The limit shown on the upload page is 5MB. Compress the file or remove large images.
  3. Rename the file to something simple, without symbols.
  4. Try a different browser, or upload from the Maukerja app.

If it still doesn't work

Build a fresh copy with the free Resume Maker and upload that. If the problem continues, contact us through Contact Us with the file name and the error you see.
