How Do I Get My Work Experience and Skills Endorsed?
An endorsement is a confirmation added to something on your profile, so employers can see it has been checked. Your Profile Progress panel has two: Endorsed Working Experience and Endorsed Skills.
Before you can request one
- Add at least one Working Experience entry before you can request an endorsement for it.
- Add at least one Skill before you can request an endorsement for it.
Steps
- Open your profile.
- Add the work experience or skill you want endorsed, and save.
- Go back to the Profile Progress panel and request the endorsement from there.
Both items stay in your checklist until they are done, so your profile percentage will not reach 100% without them.
