How Do I Turn On "I am Ready For Work"?
This switch tells employers you are available for work now.
Steps
- Open your profile, or click your avatar in the top bar.
- Turn on I am Ready For Work.
What it does
- Maukerja states that hiring employers will prioritise your profile over other candidates.
- It counts as one item in your Profile Progress checklist.
- A Ready for work ribbon can appear on your profile.
It works best alongside Show My Profile to Employers. Turn it off once you have accepted a job.
