How Do Job Recommendations Work?

Jobs For You on the homepage shows jobs picked for you, and you can also receive job suggestions as notifications.

What controls your recommendations

• Job Preferences in your profile — job title, industry, job type, location, expected salary and when you can start.
• Job Alerts in Settings — each alert has its own job title, location and minimum salary.
• Your profile and resume — the more complete they are, the more there is to match on.

If the suggestions do not fit

1. Update your Job Preferences first. This has the biggest effect.
2. Review your Job Alerts and delete any that no longer match what you want.
3. Try Job Matcher to find jobs based on your resume.
